Washington Elementary 5th grader Stella Rearden placed first in the Utah Affiliate Bowl for the Future Problem Solving (FPS) Program. Her winning project was a Global Issues Problem-Solving booklet! She has been invited to represent Utah at the FPS International Conference this June at Indiana University, where she will compete with students from across the country and at least 12 other countries.
