This program awards grants to school districts to support paraprofessionals and other eligible school staff in pursuing licensure as educators. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the educator workforce by providing financial assistance to individuals who are committed to advancing their careers in education.

Grant funds may be used to cover approved expenses associated with educator preparation, including tuition, textbooks, required fees, and certification exams. Completion of the application is the first step in determining eligibility for participation in the program.
